Utility Connect works by shopping and comparing available providers at the client’s address. Its goal is to present the best available options based on pricing, service and availability. It is paid a broker’s fee by the providers in exchange for the leads, and that allows for the concierge service to remain free for the agent and the client.

In about 20 minutes, it’s done, with confirmation emails sent as each service is completed.
