ThinkLab OnDemand is a self-paced startup accelerator that guides founders from early idea to investor-ready venture through a structured, eight-module journey. Founders begin by adopting a validation mindset and clearly defining the problem they are solving. They refine their value proposition, conduct customer discovery, and design a scalable business model using proven strategic tools. From there, they map their path to market, build an execution roadmap, choose the right organizational structure, and understand their capital options. The program then strengthens competitive positioning and culminates in crafting a polished executive summary and investor-ready presentation.
