About the Event

Austin is a young entrepreneur with big aspirations. He always has been a lover of technology and the power of social media. He helped create and grow his mom’s YouTube channel to nearly 100k subscribers with nearly 17 million views. In 2017, Austin started his branding journey, during which he amassed 10k+ followers on Instagram creating short videos about how companies got started. He joined TikTok in 2019 and grew his following to 43.7k followers (with 4.7 million likes) his first year. Austin is creative, with outside-the-box ideas, and has valuable experience as a creator/influencer and as a business owner working with influencers.

Austin graduated in 2017 from TCU, where he co-founded Fort Worth’s first açaí bowl-focused food truck called Rollin’ n Bowlin'. Since then, Rollin’ n Bowlin’ has organically grown to four brick-and-mortar health food cafés on college campuses in four different states. When COVID temporarily shut down all university locations in March 2020, Austin and his business partner quickly launched a national, direct-to-consumer online model online. They have grown their new product into 200 retailers across the country since the launch on Jan. 1, 2021.
