Ex-CEO, VC Partner, board director and mentor, Humberto Antunes has traveled the globe making an impact and today has business dealings on four continents. During the last 30 years, he has worked in dermatology, ophthalmology, medical aesthetics, immunology, inflammation, cosmetics, medical devices, pharma and nutraceuticals. He was active in North Texas as CEO of Galderma for almost 20 years. In 2014, his team in Lausanne, Switzerland created Nestlé Skin Health, a business that was sold for o$10 billion in 2019. Currently, he is a Partner at Gore Range Capital, a Venture Capital in Healthcare, serves on the Board of inprooW S.A., intellectual property in health & well-being, and as a mentor in Health Wildcatters and serves on the board of the American Skin Association.

He is an alumnus of the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, USA, from the Fundação Getulio Vargas, São Paulo, Brazil and also the IMD in Lausanne. His special areas of interest include life sciences research, healthy and active aging, international finance, entrepreneurship and leadership skills. Women’s rights, sustainable development, caring for animals and foreign languages are topics that are very close to his heart.
