About the Event

The owner and founder of Mud Lowery, Shannon Lowery, built the jewelry company in the summer of 2015.  With more than 22K social media followers, his jewelry business has boomed the last few years. Mud Lowery is handmade turquoise jewelry, art and clothing created by Shannon, a Lumbee Indian in Fort Worth, TX.  Shannon says his jewelry’s popularity stems from the presence he has built on Instagram: “With social media constantly changing, we have to quickly learn how to capitalize on new growth. Whether our marketing is through the use of traditional posts, Reels, collaborations or Stories, we work hard to keep our customers engaged.” Shannon will share his insights about how one person can begin creating a brand for their company through Instagram.

Join us to learn the ins and outs of Instagram, and how a small business with handmade pieces has scaled sales rapidly.

TechNest is an educational series hosted by TechFW.

RSVP now and a link to Join the Zoom will be emailed to you.
