About the Event
Hope is the founder and owner of Trinity Park Talent. She launched the firm in 2019 to help organizations that prioritize being a great place to work attract and identify top talent.
Previously, Hope spent six years at Satori Capital, an investment firm founded on the principles of Conscious Capitalism, where she developed and implemented a suite of talent initiatives that earned the firm recognition for its extraordinary culture and numerous best place to work awards. Additionally, she acted as a talent advisor to the firm’s private equity portfolio, which includes growing lower middle market companies, and she led talent acquisition for the firm’s hedge fund acceleration partners, utilizing her proven methodology to attract and hire exceptional talent for high stakes roles in capital raising and investment operations.
Prior to Satori, Hope spent more than fifteen years in hospitality sales and operations, where she enjoyed building businesses by cultivating peak performance teams. Hope is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, an alumnus of the Stagen Academy, and a supporter of Conscious Capitalism and the People-First Economy. She volunteers for TechFW as a mentor to start-up entrepreneurs and for the Greyhound Adoption League of Texas. In her free time, she can be found walking her dogs in Trinity Park.
